Service Description

We offer a 30 minute consultation with one our skilled lawyers at no cost to you. No matter what stage you are in the separation - we will provide you with an overview of what you can expect in your matter. We offer these consultations by telephone, video-conference and in-person in our South Surrey office at #201-3108 Croydon Drive, Surrey, BC. Prior to meeting, please ensure that you two pieces of government issued identification with you. We may ask that you provide us copies of them by email in advance. In the event that we are not able to meet with you at the time and by the format that you have selected, one of our staff members will reach out to you the telephone number that you provide or by email. If you have been qualified to obtain services by Legal Aid BC and or wish to apply for legal aid, then please select the option for a Legal Aid Consultation so we can direct you to the right lawyer suitable for your case.
