Pritesh began his career at SiLaw Group, where he completed his articling before returning to the firm as an associate lawyer. 

 

Pritesh’s practice primarily focuses on family law, where he assists clients in both the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. 

 

Pritesh is a qualified lawyer in both Australia and Canada, enabling him to bring multinational experience to his current practice. He has expert skills and broad legal knowledge to advocate for his clients in all aspects of family law. Pritesh is also a Nationally Accredited Mediator, empowering him to resolve legal disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods.

 

Pritesh holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from Bond University in Australia. He is a solicitor in New South Wales in Australia. Pritesh has significant experience of working at the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of Queensland, and has also had the opportunity to intern at Clifford Chance LLP. Prior to returning to Canada, he also worked at a full service law firm in Australia, broadening his experience. Pritesh also holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from SFU Beedie School of Business. 

 

In his spare time, Pritesh can be found in the mountains with family and friends, whether skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer.

 

Pritesh is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
